Org Fair for Attendees

Find your place at the Virtual Org Fair, a part of New Student Orientation

 

Org Fair Friday: Spring Edition is an essential stop for students looking to build community or get involved at GW! This event will be hosted on GW's student organization management platform, Engage. During the event, student organizations will host "virtual tables" which are individual online meetings (Zoom, Webex, etc.). As an attendee, you can browse through the org "tables" and drop into a conversation at your convenience and then move on to another virtual table when you're ready.

Student organizations will be available on Friday, January 28 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Eastern. 

Please ensure that you are logged in with your GW netID account in Engage as the event is only visible to the GW community.

How to Join the Org Fair

Follow the steps below to join the Virtual Org Fair when it is live on January 28 starting at 2:00 PM. Join anytime during the event!

Step 1

Ensure you are logged into Engage with your netID. View Engage Events and search for "Virtual Org Fair."

When the fair is active, browse and search for student organizations attending the org fair!

View an organization's Engage profile, join a live conversation, or request to join an organization.

Virtual Help Desk

During the event we will have a virtual Help Desk with Student Life staff available to answer your questions about student organizations, getting involved at GW, or troubleshooting technical issues. When the Virtual Org Fair is live you will be able to find the help desk at the top of the event in Engage.
