Finals & Summer Org Help Update
The Org Help Advising and Finances teams are available for virtual appointments through starting May 2. Virtual appointments are available weekdays from 12:00 - 5:00 pm. You may also email us with any of your questions.

Staff advisors provide support and guidance to your organization, its leaders, and its members on a range of topics from student organization policies and processes to conflict mediation, officer transition, fundraising, and recruitment. All student organizations will have full access to the advisors through Org Help, the Excellence in Leadership Sessions, and online guides. In addition to these resources, some organizations will be assigned a specific staff advisor based upon individualized needs and criteria such as levels of spending and programming.
Who is my staff advisor?
You can view your organization's staff advisor assignment in your organization's profile within Engage - if your group does not have an assigned staff advisor, the name will read "Org Help." This means that your organization should seek support from the Student Organization Virtual Office Hours and [email protected]. These modes of support are staffed and monitored on a daily basis (Mon-Fri) by a large team of trained staff advisors and are designed to increase access to quality support and efficiency of service.
Org Help Office Hours
Monday-Friday | 12-5 pm | USC 433 A
Org Help advising representatives and Org Help Finance team member are available for walk-in advising on weekday afternoons in University Student Center 433 A (inside the large study lounge). Org Help walk-in hours can be used for wide variety of advising questions and financial transactions. If you don't know where to start, stop by and we'll help point you in the right direction. Examples of walk-in services include:
General Advising: policies and procedures, contracts, event planning, group concerns, officer transitions, elections, Engage support, new org consultations
Org Help Finance Desk: making credit card purchases for approved requests, org revenue accounts, deposits, purchase requests, Engage finance tool questions
