Academic Advising
Academic advising and registering for classes takes place starting in November. Students should complete Sections 1 & 2 of the Pre-Orientation Online Module before meeting with their Academic Advisor. Instructions for scheduling appointments with advisors are located at the end of Section 2.
For course registration, courses will be open for registration in mid-summer. Specific dates will be released later in the Spring. You must demonstrate compliance with GW’s vaccine requirement through the medical portal before you are permitted to register for classes.
