Co-Curricular Certificates
The Co-Curricular Certificate Program provides students the opportunity to design an engaging experience that will allow them to develop knowledge and skills to support their success at GW and beyond. Offered in collaboration with the Division for Student Affairs and the Office for Diversity, Equity, and Community Engagement, the program will offer 3 certification tracks specializing in civic leadership, leadership exploration, and well-being.
Civic Leadership Certificate
Hosted by The Honey W. Nashman Center for Civic Engagement and Public Service, the Civic Leadership Certificate provides an opportunity for GW students to strengthen their civic leadership knowledge and skills across the Pathways to Public Service and Civic Engagement.
Leadership Exploration Certificate
Hosted by the Student Involvement and Leadership team, the Leadership Exploration Certificate provides opportunities for GW students to take an intentional approach to their leadership journey by exploring and developing their individual leadership styles, knowledge, and skills.
Raise Up GW Certificate
Hosted by the Health Promotion and Education team, the Raise Up GW Certificate provides students the opportunity to explore their personal well-being by expanding their understanding of the 8 dimensions of well-being: emotional, social, physical, spiritual, cultural, environmental, financial, and intellectual.
