As an incoming GW student, you will be connected with an Orientation Leader and grouped in what is called a “small group” and meet in this group multiple times throughout the summer.
Small groups include you, an Orientation Leader, and about 25 other incoming students, and are there to offer support and to provide a space for connection, preparation, and discussion! This is an opportunity for you to ask questions, get to know some of your fellow peers, and overall be more prepared and excited to come to GW!
You should have signed up for a preferred day and time to meet in your Orientation Registration. You will be assigned to a small group based on your response and preferences, and will hear from your Orientation Leader about your first meeting the week of May 23.
Small groups will take place on your preferred day and time you indicated on your Registration in the following date ranges:
- May 25-28
- June 1-4
- June 15-18
- June 22-25
- July 20-23
- July 27-30
- August 10-13
