Become a Weeks of Welcome Leader
First-Year, Sophomore, and Junior students at GW of all backgrounds and experiences are eligible to become a Weeks of Welcome Leader! Weeks of Welcome Leaders assist with many of the logistical components during Orientation Week.
The 2024 WOWL Hiring process will begin on March 1, 2024 and applications will close on April 12. Please view the position description before applying.
Become an Orientation Leader
First-Year, Sophomore, and Junior students at GW of all backgrounds and experiences are eligible to become an Orientation Leader! Orientation Leaders live and work at GW over the summer.
The 2024 OL Hiring process is complete. If you missed the application window, we highly encourage you to apply next year or as a Weeks of Welcome Leader! We will update this page with 2025 information in the Fall.
Become a Student Coordinator
Former Orientation Leaders and Weeks of Welcome Leaders are eligible to apply for the Student Coordinator role. Student Coordinators are hired following the Fall Orientation program, typically around late October to early November.
Former OLs and WOWLs will receive an email in the fall with information about the Student Coordinator application and hiring process.
